These terms cover your use of the ShelfCompass website at shelfcompass.com. Our Shopify app, MarginGuard, is governed by its own separate terms, which you agree to when you install it.

Using this site

You're welcome to read and share these pages. Please don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it in a way that disrupts it, or use it to do anything unlawful.

Our content

The text, design, logo and graphics on this site belong to ShelfCompass unless stated otherwise. You may quote or link to us; please don't copy the site wholesale or pass our brand off as your own.

Information here is general

We try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but the pages are provided for general information. Pricing, features and availability can change, and nothing here is a binding offer on its own. The terms that actually govern the app are the ones shown when you install MarginGuard.

Links elsewhere

Where we link to other sites — such as Shopify or Klaviyo — we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their terms.

Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, ShelfCompass isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
